Honoring heroes on Memorial Day

EDMOND, OKLA (KFOR) — Today is Memorial Day and several ceremonies were held across the metro honoring the lives lost. In Edmond, volunteers at Gracelawn Cemetery placed tokens on the resting place of American heroes.

“My step mom gave her life gave her life in service to our country. And although I did not get nearly enough time with her, the impact she made on on my life continues to grow,” said Joshua Hudgins, Gold Star Child.
