JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — Janesville Police are looking for a suspect with a “scraggly beard and rotting teeth” who confronted two people in a car parked at a Janesville park and made obscene demands of them at knifepoint.
According to police, the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Friday at Riverside Park, 2600 Parkside Drive. Authorities said the pair were sitting inside a car when the assailant came up and opened the door.
