ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -Northbound and southbound lanes of Lewis and Clark are closed Monday afternoon after a head-on crash.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash involved two cars and there are serious injuries. The crash occurred just before Chambers Road.
Tows have been called to the scene to remove the cars.
