DUNEDIN, Fla. – A morning fire involving several electric mobility devices brought emergency crews racing to the Golden Crest Mobile Home Park on Tuesday, drawing a rapid response to contain the flames before they could destroy a local residence.
Dunedin Fire Rescue dispatchers received a call at approximately 8:25 a.m. regarding an electric bicycle on fire in the area of 800 Main Street, Lot 429. As firefighters rushed to the scene, emergency dispatchers quickly upgraded the incident to a structure fire following reports that the flames had spread under the home’s carport.
