Lebanon Tennessee Welcomes New Residential Drug Rehab Center as Overdose Deaths and Fentanyl Cases Continue to Rise

pH Wellness Tennessee Drug Rehab officially opened in Lebanon, Tennessee, on April 22, 2026. The new facility brings medical detox and residential addiction treatment services to Middle Tennessee. It is the second location operated by pH Wellness, which already runs a treatment program in California for adults dealing with substance use disorders and mental health conditions.

Middle Tennessee continues to struggle with a serious addiction crisis. In Wilson County, officials recorded 68 overdose deaths in both 2022 and 2023. The county also reported 336 outpatient overdose visits in 2023. Health data from the region shows fentanyl is involved in nearly 70% of fatal overdose toxicology reports.
