TULSA, Okla. — Students from Cascia Hall were invited by John Lew, a representative from the U.S. Department of Public Affairs, to participate is a creative community service project honoring Veterans for Memorial Day.
Middle and Upper School art students painted stones that will be used in the rock gardens of the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee and the Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic in Tulsa.
These stones can be taken by Veterans and are meant to serve as a reminder of support, comfort, and encouragement from the community…
