ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – One year after a shooting killed two brothers and left their family devastated, the parents say they have buried three loved ones connected to the tragedy and are still waiting for answers.
Richard Neal Jr. and Johnisha Hillard visited their sons’ gravesites, where loved ones left two lollipops as a reminder of two childhoods cut short.
