What Is Over Easy and Where Will It Open in Sioux Falls?
Over Easy is a restaurant brunch based in Phoenix, Arizona with 19 locations across Arizona. Sioux Falls will be the 20th location and the first outside of the “Grand Canyon State.”
Over Easy will open on Saturday, June 6th at 5722 East 18th Street near Dawley Farm Village. You can expect “bright flavors, real ingredients, and a made-from-scratch menu served with good vibes.” They encourage you to “come as you are.” I also recommend coming hungry too!
Sioux Falls can expect doors to reopen bright and early at 6:30 AM until 2:30 PM daily. Their menu is “made from scratch” with something everyone will love for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. Some food from Over Easy include the Brown Butter Beignets, Golden Waffle Dogs, The Crying Pig omelette, the Basil Melt, Cajun Hash, Rolled Tacos, Cinnamon Roll Toast, Protein Bowl, and of course for brunch lovers mimosas and other boozy beverages!
Over Easy is having a big Grand Opening party to celebrate the first-ever South Dakota location. Kids eat free when adults order an entree during the weekend party on June 6th and June 7th. Plus, Penny mimosas (limit 1 per guest) with a purchase of an entree…
