BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police are investigating a possible officer-involved shooting Tuesday afternoon, commissioner Erika Shields said.
There is a heavy police presence near Broadway and Sherman Street in Buffalo as of 2:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
