DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A young woman was injured after an alleged robbery, assault and a shots-fired incident near the Reserve on Third early Sunday morning.
According to the Dayton Police Department’s Lt. Eric Sheldon, crews were sent to the Miami Valley North Hospital at approximately 12:15 a.m. to speak to a woman making a robbery complaint. The incident happened in the 400 block of East Third Street.
The 22-year-old woman told the officials she left the Reserve on Third, and her sister told her to get into the car. She said a group of other women nearby thought the sister was speaking to them.

She was then reportedly assaulted by the group. They allegedly pulled several braids from her scalp and repeatedly stomped on / hit her. She said the group stole approximately $200 and other items from her purse…
