GAINESVILLE, Fla. – New charges have been filed against Florzelle Fields Jr., and Katrina Renee Fields, 45, has been charged with fraudulently certifying documents as a notary, as well as participating in a scheme to defraud clients seeking mediation services from Zion & Company; the City of Gainesville provided multiple records related to the firm’s business dealings with the City, including a conflict resolution seminar, a “business matchmaker” event, and multiple mediations.
