HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – The owner of a north Huntsville bar that was court-ordered to close seven months ago said he no longer cares if a judge permanently shuts down his business. He just wants access to his building again.
The city of Huntsville sued 708 Bar and Grille, claiming it is a public nuisance after multiple shootings, noise complaints and code violations.
Malcolm Gopher, the owner of 708 Bar and Grille, has been locked out of his business for the past seven months. As the city looks to close it permanently, he said he does not even want 708 as a business anymore…
