HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc., has announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack location in Huntsville, slated for spring 2027.
The 24,000-square-foot store will be located in University Plaza, a popular shopping center off University Drive and Mid City Drive, just west of Old Monrovia Road. The center is owned by Montana Property Group and leased and managed by Colliers International.
