SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — Former Gulf Breeze plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Brown was back in court on Tuesday for the alleged manslaughter of his wife in November 2023.
A week after a procedure at her husband’s surgery office, Hillary Brown, 33, died. An arrest report from the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office said the district medical examiner officially ruled her death as “complications following lidocaine toxicity” in May 2024.
