A 16-year-old Norco boy who vanished after leaving his family’s home earlier this month, prompting a regional search, was found safe, authorities said Tuesday.
Promise McCombs disappeared on May 4 in the 2000 block of Third Street, near Mountain Avenue, on the west side of Norco, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Over the Memorial Day holiday weekend, Promise was located uninjured, though sheriff’s officials did not specify where he was found, or any other details connected with his three-week disappearance…
