Big Swing Golf Classic Sets Fundraising Record for ChristianaCare
35th annual event raises $285,000 to support patient care and community health programs
WILMINGTON — More than 200 golfers representing 55 teams helped set a new fundraising record at the 35th annual ChristianaCare Golf Classic, generating $285,000 to support the health system’s programs and services.
The event, held at the DuPont Country Club in Wilmington, drew strong support from the business and philanthropic communities, with 59 sponsors participating in this year’s tournament. Presenting sponsor Sodexo Healthcare was recognized for its continued support of the event and ChristianaCare’s mission.
