CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Mount Vernon man is set to be sentenced Tuesday afternoon after police say he accidentally shot a 10-year-old boy in the back of the head.
Court records show Kevin Gouchee pleaded guilty this year to Reckless Use of a Firearm.
