RAYMOND, Miss. — Andy Lee, the former head softball coach at Hinds Community College, will be inducted into the 2026 NJCAA Softball Hall of Fame. The recognition honors Lee’s extensive career and achievements in junior college softball.
Lee coached Hinds from 2006 to 2008, guiding the Lady Eagles to postseason success and a trip to the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament in 2008. His efforts helped establish a foundation for a career marked by national prominence. During his coaching tenure, Lee compiled a 1,007-238 overall record, winning six NJCAA national championships and making numerous tournament appearances, according to NJCAA sources.
He later led programs at LSU Eunice and Northwest Florida State College, elevating both to national powerhouses. His teams at LSU Eunice won NJCAA Division II national titles in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2019.
