ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Police are investigating a deadly shooting just north of downtown St. Louis on Tuesday.
The shooting happened near the 1400 block of North 13th Street near Cass Avenue at around 10:50 a.m., police say. Police say a man has died.
