The westbound lanes of US-290 will be shut down for hours on Tuesday after an 18-wheeler overturned at Eldridge, according to authorities.
The Cy-Fair Fire Department shared that emergency units are working to clear the scene, but the westbound lanes will be completely shut down in the meantime.

Cy-Fair FD added that HAZMAT is on scene to help with a fuel spill and that five people were taken to the hospital but are OK…
