Denver smoke shop’s license suspended after litany of alleged illegal sales

Denver’s Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection suspended the license of a smoke shop after accusing the shop of a litany of illegal sales.

Department officials called it “one of the most severe cases of alleged illegal products sales in city history,” according to a news release.

The allegations that Vibe Smoke Shop, 7530 E. Colfax Ave., faces include: tobacco sales to minors; illegal kratom sales; illegal alcohol sales; illegal psilocybin sales and illegal THC product sales…
