HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Residents in the Sherwood Park neighborhood say the hum of Highway 255 is constant, disrupting work calls and sleep.
Kiah Derrick, who lives a few yards from the highway, said the noise is a daily challenge.
“Yeah, it’s pretty constant. I work from home, so I’m just working here and I constantly hear it. I’ll be on my meetings sometimes and my coworkers will be like, what’s that noise in the background? And I can be like, it’s the road right next to my house,” Derrick said…
