KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Knoxville City Council met Tuesday night to discuss a plan to expand a new plan for outside drinking.
The plan, which was approved by council, will allow Boyd Sports to manage the sale and consumption of alcohol in the area surrounding Covenant Health Park, the home of the Knoxville Smokies and One Knox SC.
