ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — Seeing a happy dog or puppy can bring a smile to almost anyone’s face. It’s not so happy to see a dog that’s been abandoned, mistreated, or left to fend for itself.
One woman is trying to make life better for at least some of those dogs in Escambia County, Florida.
