After a chilly, rainy Tuesday we’ll see almost total opposite weather today. Skies will be mostly sunny with rapid warming. Highs will get close to 80 degrees around Spokane and Coeur d’Alene by the late afternoon.

A few thunderstorms will fire up in Eastern Oregon and the Central Panhandle and track north-northwest through the evening. Expect little to no storm activity north of I-90 through midnight.

What We’re Tracking

Thursday brings another jump in temperatures with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Severe thunderstorms are possible late Thursday afternoon and evening, capable of producing 60 mph wind gusts and large hail.
