CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charges were dropped against a man accused of raping a woman at a vape shop in north Charlotte.
A grand jury found that there was insufficient evidence against Yasir Khater, 44, in a May 6 incident at the Arbor Smoke Shop on East Arbors Drive. The jury did not return a true bill of indictment against Khater, according to court records filed on Tuesday.
