DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – A man accused of shooting at a car during a Morgan County road rage incident has been arraigned, even though his lawyer says she has no idea where he is.
The hearing for Antonio Sanchez Garcia went forward without him on Tuesday, according to the Decatur Daily.
