A man accused of shooting a driver in Delaware County in 2024 is now linked to the previously unsolved road rage murder of another driver in Montgomery County in 2018, officials said.
In October 2018, Rithina Torn, 29, was driving on Dewey Road and Front Street in Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania, when he was involved in a traffic dispute with another driver, police said.
Torn got out of the car to confront the other driver who pulled out a gun and opened fire. Torn was shot multiple times. He was taken to the hospital where he died a short time later…
