Second suspect in custody for Steak ‘n Shake killing

CLAYTON, Mo. – Homicide detectives arrested a second person for a shooting at a fast-food drive-thru window in April that left one woman dead and another person injured.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Torriono D. Baker, 22, with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and three counts of armed criminal action. Baker remains jailed on a $600,000 cash-only bond. Online records do not show when he’ll appear in court.

Baker was arrested on May 26.
