Cleveland police arrested four male teenagers after a shooting on the city’s west side led officers to an overturned vehicle. It turned out to be stolen, though none of the teens were in the car when officers arrived. There was one person was injured in the shooting, and two firearms were recovered at the scene.
Police responded to a call about shots fired at an intersection in the West 28th Street area. By the time officers hit the scene, the suspects had moved on from the immediate scene of the gunfire. They had also somehow flipped the car they had reportedly stolen, leaving it to languish in the street.
The teens who were eventually arrested ranged in age from 15 to 18. Police haven’t publicly described what led to the shooting or who fired first. One of those arrested was also among those wounded…
