Savers, a for-profit thrift chain, is opening its first store in the Harrisburg area at 9 a.m. Thursday.
The retailer is opening the store at the former Christmas Tree Shops at High Pointe Commons at 4690 High Pointe Blvd. in Swatara Township, near Harrisburg.
