Goodwill Excel Center graduates prove it’s never too late to pursue your dreams

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – More than 100,000 people in Shelby County don’t have a high school diploma. That’s one out of nine residents.

The Goodwill Excel Center is an integral part of the plan to put Memphis on the path to prosperity by helping as many people gain the education and skills needed to succeed in the workforce.

At The Orpheum Theatre Wednesday night, pomp and circumstance never sounded so sweet.
