DANIA BEACH, Fla. — At Collins Elementary in Dania Beach, dozens of students received fresh haircuts ahead of their end-of-the-school-year ceremonies, helping them walk into the special day with a little more confidence.
Inside the school, a classroom was transformed into a busy barbershop as barbers volunteered their time for what the school calls “Cut and Groom Day.”
