ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – In the McKinley Heights neighborhood in south St. Louis, some residents call it “our neighborhood headache.”
A four-unit apartment building that the city recently condemned and forced residents out of is now the subject of a lawsuit, as neighbors say it’s hurting their properties. The house is on McNair Avenue, just north of Gravois.
This is actually the second time in recent memory that residents in McKinley Heights have taken to the courts to try and solve their derelict building issues…
