MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department’s Fugitive Unit announced the arrest of two murder suspects from two separate cases on Thursday.
The first suspect, Tracy Vaughn, 18, was wanted regarding a May 25 homicide investigation in Hickory Hill. In that case, police found a man dead at the scene on Blue Willow Cove.
