BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (NBC 15) — A Baldwin County man with a lengthy history of DUI arrests is back behind bars. According to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, Herman Lambeth left a court-ordered rehabilitation center in the middle of the night on March 23rd. Mobile County Circuit Judge Jay York ordered Lambeth go to Coastal Rehab in Robertsdale on March 2nd related to a 2022 felony DUI case. The 55-year-old is now charged with escape in the third degree. Prosecutors are also seeking to revoke his probation.
On November 7th, 2025 Daphne Police say they found Lambeth in a car “obviously very impaired” and arrested him for DUI. At the time of his arrest, Daphne Police said it was Lambeth’s 14th DUI charge since 2006…
