Following reports of a hunger strike and deplorable conditions, the New Jersey Department of Health conducted an inspection of Delaney Hall on Thursday.
However, the department was denied full access and was only allowed to inspect a limited part of the privately-run immigration detention center in Newark, according to New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill.
