Elkton, Md. (WBFF) — Maryland State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 66-year-old woman last seen Thursday afternoon in Cecil County.
Police are searching for Judy Ann Paugh, described as a white female standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds.
