A pedestrian was killed in an early Thursday morning crash on East St. Bernard Highway, according to the Louisiana State Police.
The pedestrian was hit just before 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of East St. Bernard Highway and Mary Ann Drive in Meraux. The victim was pronounced dead on scene, Trooper Kyle Wagner said.
