PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A car caught fire on Interstate 5 Thursday morning, slowing traffic into Southwest Portland.
According to the Oregon Department of Transportation, a car fire on I-5 near the Terwilliger Boulevard exit closed all southbound lanes.
