Multiple dogs abandoned in Cleveland backyard

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Animal Care and Control is asking for help identifying the owners who abandoned multiple dogs in a backyard.

According to a Cleveland Animal Care and Control Facebook post, the four dogs were found left in a backyard on East 144th Street near Bartlett Avenue in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood.

Cleveland Animal Care and Control shared a photo showing a dog chained up, two dogs in a cage and an empty cage where another dog had gotten loose but was later found.

Anyone who recognizes these dogs or has any information about who may have owned them is encouraged to contact the Chief immediately…
