DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Students with Dayton Public Schools will still be allowed to use district-purchased bus passes this coming school year to transfer through the downtown Dayton RTA hub.
A recent Franklin County court ruling is preventing the state from enforcing a new provision in the state budget that blocked DPS students from using school-purchased passes to change buses at the downtown hub.
