INDIANAPOLIS — Police have arrested an Indianapolis man accused of leading police on a chase that ended in a crash that killed his passenger earlier this month.
The 21-year-old was booked into the Marion County jail on an outstanding warrant on May 23 after he was released from the hospital following treatment for injuries he got in the crash, IMPD confirmed to 13News.
