‘It’s going to be an eyesore’ | Clergy take stand against Metrobloks data center, call on Mayor Hogsett to stop project

INDIANAPOLIS — Clergy in the Martindale-Brightwood neighborhood say they are being denied a meeting with Mayor Joe Hogsett to try to stop a proposed data center.

The Metrobloks data center project at 25th Street and Sherman Drive has already cleared all of the legislative approval hurdles with the city, but that hasn’t stopped residents from speaking out.
