Southern California man stole over $4 million through COVID fraud scheme

A Southern California man was sentenced to prison for defrauding the government of more than $4 million through a scheme targeting COVID economic relief loans.

The man was identified as Philip Frederick Camino, 46, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
