A Delaware County man is facing felony retail theft charges after Warrington Township Police alleged he stole a pellet stove valued at nearly $1,400 from Lowe’s earlier this year.
Joseph Lee Martin, 39, of the 900 block of Church Street in Marcus Hook, was charged May 14 with felony retail theft and receiving stolen property in connection with the February incident at the store on Easton Road.
