PERRYSBURG, Ohio — Following some weather setbacks, part of I-475 in northern Wood County will close again this weekend for pavement repairs.
The Ohio Department of Transportation will close the southbound lanes of I-475 from the U.S. 24 interchange in Maumee to the state Route 25 interchange in Perrysburg beginning at 8 p.m. Friday. The roadway is expected to reopen by 6 a.m. Monday. The closure will occur over multiple upcoming weekends into mid-June.
The following southbound entrance ramps will also close during the project:
- Dussel Drive/Salisbury Road
- U.S. 20A
- U.S. 24
Drivers experienced significant congestion in Maumee during the first weekend closure, particularly along Conant Street, ODOT officials said.
