Grand Prairie (KDAF) — Chef Tiffany Derry is adding new chapters to an already wide-reaching career, blending food, television and international hospitality as she opens a new restaurant in North Texas and prepares for a global spotlight.
The Beaumont native and co-founder of T2D Concepts recently opened The Landing, a gastropub-style sports bar and lounge at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie. The concept is designed as a high-energy gathering space where guests can enjoy elevated comfort food while watching live sports.
Located at The Landing at 2951 S. State Highway 161, the restaurant marks Derry’s latest addition to a growing portfolio that includes Roots Southern Table, Radici Wood-Fired Grill and Roots Chicken Shak.
