Man claiming to be police officer handcuffs gas station clerk, demands $20 in gas, police say

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A Florissant man faces several charges after police said he claimed to be a police officer and handcuffed a clerk to fill a gas pump with $20.
