ST. LOUIS — Potbelly Sandwich Works is planning a new location in the Central West End, to fill a space once held by a bagel chain and marking its first location within St. Louis city limits.
The national sandwich chain is planning to open a new location at 2 N. Euclid Ave., according to a building permit issued May 18. Interior alterations to the property are expected to cost $200,000, according to the permit.
